These terms cover your use of this website and the enquiries you send through it. Your stay itself is also covered by the hotel's guest policies, and any event is covered by the written quotation and agreement your event team provides.

An enquiry is not a booking
Every form on this website sends an enquiry. It is not a reservation and it does not hold a room, a table or a date. You will receive a reference number confirming we have your request — that reference confirms receipt, nothing more. A booking exists only when the hotel confirms it to you directly, in writing or by phone.
Room bookings
Room reservations are completed through our booking provider. The rate, inclusions, taxes and cancellation terms shown to you at the moment of booking are the ones that apply. Rates change with date and availability.
Prices on this website
Banquet and event package prices shown here are starting points, published to help you plan. The final quotation depends on your date, guest count, menu, setup and room requirement, and is confirmed by the events team in writing. Menu prices at The Divine Bite and Ozen are current at the time of publishing and are exclusive of applicable taxes; item availability varies.
Direct booking benefits
The direct booking discount and the food and beverage discount apply to bookings made directly with the hotel, by phone or through this website's booking engine. They do not apply to bookings made through travel agents or online travel sites. They cannot be combined with another discount unless the hotel agrees in writing.
Accuracy
We take care to keep the facts on this site correct — room sizes, capacities, distances, hours and menus. Occasionally something changes before we update the page. If a detail matters to your decision, please confirm it with us before you book.
Alcohol service
Alcohol is served at Ozen Bar & Kitchen only to guests of legal drinking age, subject to licensing rules, state excise regulation and hotel policy. Management reserves the right to refuse service.
Your use of this site
Please do not use the enquiry forms to send abusive content, automated submissions or anything unlawful. We may decline to respond to such enquiries and to block further submissions.
